It’s Week 3 of the NFL Preseason, while the CFL is in Week 10 of their regular season. All of the area college football programs are in the full swing of fall camp, and considering I’m wearing a long-sleeve shirt to my 8:45 PM sand volleyball game this week, it’s safe to say that fall (aka FOOTBALL!) is “officially” here. (The long-sleeve decision was really the final factor in the whole “official fall/football season” thing, if we’re being serious.)

While it’s been exciting to follow the progress of former MidcoSN Footprint players scattered around the NFL and CFL, I found myself endlessly googling players, checking rosters and reading multiple articles and press releases to make sure I was up to date on ALL players from the area. What a wonderful problem to have, am I right? We have so many players from our footprint out there “getting that bread,” as the kids say, that it’s hard to keep track of them all.

So you know what I did? I googled even more ... and I forgot to wear my blue light glasses, so I have a bad headache. But you know what? Totally worth it. I present to you a compiled list of all active NFL players (90-man rosters) as well as all active CFL players (including practice squad and IR).

Now, we know these lists can change in an instant, so realize that this list is correct as of August 15, 2019. One other important date to note: the deadline for the NFL’s 53-man roster is August 31 by 4 PM EST.
