  • How do I log in?

    Once you purchase your subscription, make sure you log in using the email and password you set up during registration and payment. This will be the same email you received your registration confirmation.

    If you are sure you are using the correct email, try resetting your password. See how below.

  • How do I watch on another device?

    You can use your Midco Sports Plus account on a maximum of three devices at the same time, including PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones and supported smart TVs.

    To stream on a smart TV, use your TV’s browser to go to Midco Sports Plus, log in and watch just like on your computer or tablet. 

    As an alternative to your TV’s default browser, you can also try the Puffin TV browser app, which might work in cases where your TV’s default browser does not.

  • Trouble creating an account?

    Double check that you are using a valid email address and your password is at least eight (8) characters in length.

  • Trouble logging in?

    Make sure you are using the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.
    This will be the email on which you’ve received the registration and/or payment confirmation.

    If you originally logged in via the Facebook, Google, or Twitter login buttons, make sure to use them now as well.

    If you are sure you are using the correct email, try resetting your password. See How do I reset my password? for details.

  • How do I reset my password?
    1. Go to Midco Sports Plus from a web browser (Internet Explorer is not supported) and follow these steps:

      Click the More icon in the top right corner of your screen.

    2. From the drop-down menu, click LOG IN and the log in box will open.

    3. Click Forgot your password?

    4. Enter the email address associated with your Midco Sports Plus account and click Send E-mail.

    5. Follow the instructions in the email and use the token to reset your password.

Payments

  • How much does Midco Sports Plus cost?

    A monthly subscription to Midco Sports Plus is $9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes.

    Subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. An annual subscription is $79.99 per year.

  • Do I need to be a Midco customer to get Midco Sports Plus?

    No. Midco Sports Plus is a standalone product, and you do not need to have any other Midco services.

  • Will my subscription auto-renew?

    Yes. To ensure you never miss a game, subscriptions will automatically renew every month from the date purchased and billed to the payment method provided. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    Via Web Browser

    If you subscribed on the Midco Sports Plus website, you can cancel via your Account Settings through a web browser only.

    1. Go to the Midco Sports Plus page from a web browser (Internet Explorer is not supported).

    2. Click the More icon in the top right corner of your screen.

    3. Click Account Settings.

    4. In the subscription section, click Cancel subscription.

    Via App

    If there is not an option to cancel your subscription within Account Settings, then your subscription is managed through an app store.

    1. Navigate to the app store or channel in which you subscribed.
    2. Open your account page.
    3. Cancel the active subscription

  • What if my payment doesn’t go through?
    • Make sure you are using a supported card, like Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club or American Express.

    • Enter your card information correctly. Do not copy/paste.

    • If your card isn’t working, you may want to contact your bank. Make sure there are no issues with the card or bank account, you have enough funds, online payments are enabled and your bank is not blocking the payment.

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

    • Access Midco Sports Plus through private or incognito mode.

    • Try using a different browser like Chrome, Mozilla, Safari or Edge.

    • Log in on a different device.

    • Try a different card or payment method.

    • Try using a different payment method (PayPal, Direct Debit, etc), if one has been made available on the final payment screen.

  • How can I change my payment information?
    1. Log into your account.

    2. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click on the account menu.

    3. Click on Card details.

    4. Enter your new card details.

    5. Click UPDATE.

    You can only change your credit card if you have an active subscription. For one-time-payments or subscriptions that are still in their trial period, the credit card cannot be changed. 

    You cannot delete your credit card info (only update it). For that, you will need to delete your entire account.

  • What content does Midco Sports Plus cover?

    Midco Sports Plus covers collegiate sports in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, as well as heart-racing motor sports. Please note, not all content, games and events are available to watch on Midco Sports or stream on Midco Sports Plus.

    Midco Sports Plus is also the exclusive streaming app for The Summit League conference, steaming 500+ live sports events from soccer to basketball.

  • What do I get with a subscription to Midco Sports Plus?

    A subscription to Midco Sports Plus gives you more live games, on more devices – plus game day replays and Midco Sports all in one place, without a cable subscription.

  • Where can I stream Midco Sports Plus?

    You can access Midco Sports Plus anywhere in the US and Canada using the devices or applications listed below.

    • Desktop web browsers Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer not supported) (Desktop streaming not available in Canada)
    • Android mobile/tablet
    • iOS mobile/tablet
    • Apple TV
    • Amazon Fire TV
    • Roku
  • When is content available?

    All event start times are Central Standard Time, unless otherwise noted. Content is only available in the U.S. and Canada.

    Replays will be available and posted within 24 hours of the conclusion of a live event.

  • What if I have issues loading content?

    If you are having trouble accessing or loading content, try any of the following tips.

    • Make sure you are logging in with the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.

    • Refresh your browser page.
    • Do not use a VPN.

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

    • Access Midco Sports Plus through private or incognito mode.

    • Try using a different browser like Chrome, Mozilla, Safari or Edge.

    • Log in on a different device.

    • Use a different Wi-Fi connection or Hotspot.

    • Restart your router.

    • Restart your device.

  • How do I watch Midco Sports Plus on my mobile device using my cellular data?
    1. Open up the Midco Sports Plus app on your mobile device.
    2. Go to App Settings.
    3. Toggle on Play video over cellular.
