The University of Sioux Falls women’s basketball team clinched the NSIC South Division championship…after their worst loss of the entire season! Despite a 73-59 setback at Winona State, other results led to USF claiming the South Division and locking up the top seed in that region for the NSIC Tournament.
The Cougars bounced back from their Friday night loss at Winona State with a resounding victory on Saturday at Upper Iowa. USF is now 23-4 on the season and while they’ve already achieved one of their goals, there are still plenty more in front of them.
