Midco Sports Network and the seven Sioux Falls Hy-Vee Stores have teamed up to provide Hy-Vee Tailgate Tips throughout the 2015-2016 sports season. During every home SDSU and USD broadcast, on Midco SN, a Sioux Falls area Hy-Vee Chef will prepare something you can create for your guests when you watch the game.
These tacos are easy to put together, making them a great option for a quick weeknight meal or a fantastic tailgate party.
Oven Shrimp tacos
- 1 12oz oven-able shrimp
- 1 package of taco-size tortillas
- shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1T of hot sauce
- 1-1/2T of rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup garlic chili paste
Prepare sauce and chill until use.
Follow package directions for heating shrimp. Be sure to remove tails from shrimp before heating.
Prepare as you would any taco.
