We have 32 teams left playing high school football in the state of North Dakota. The quarterfinal round kicks off on Friday with Class AAA, while the rest of the games take place on Saturday. Last week, 103.9 The Truck’s Brad Anderson and 740 The Fan’s Chase Miller joined me in offering up predictions for each playoff game in Class A and 9-man. After opening week, here’s a look at our standings:

Grant County/Flasher was the bracket-buster for all three of us because we picked Ray/Powers Lake. St. John’s win over MayPort-C-G is what has me sitting on top of the pack. This week, we have 16 more games to pick! As you’ll see below, we’re a little divided on the West Fargo-Bismarck game in the Class AAA quarterfinals. We have a few upsets sprinkled throughout, but we expect the top teams to continuing moving on into semifinal week.
